Offering Classes

NURSERY, (L.K.G / PP-I), (U.K.G / PP-2), Class I to IX.

Registration Process

Application forms are to be filled in and submitted to the Administrative Office within 3 working days from issue of the form.

Admissions for Pre-primary , will be through Observation / Interaction. Observation / Interaction would be held on the same day and both the parents should be present. Observation / Interaction will be intimated at the time of submission of registration form.
There will be written test for students seeking admission to Classes III to VI at Capitol Public School.

    At the time of registration, the following documents are to be submitted to the Administrative Office:

•     Duly filled and signed Application Forms.
•     3 passport size colour photographs of the child.
•     Proof of Date of Birth (Issued by Municipal Corporation or any authorized competent authority).
•     Original Transfer Certificate or school leaving certificate issued by previous school where the child was studying.
•     Photocopy of the present school final exam report card of two previous classes and current year's report card for class I to XII.
•     Submit the Transport Form (If School Transport needs to be availed).
•     INCOMPLETE APPLICATION FORMS WILL BE REJECTED.
